7-8 Pm: PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
Led by Coach Mike Louis, this dynamic, high-energy plyometric training program is designed to unlock the full athletic potential of young athletes by developing explosive power, speed, coordination, and flexibility. Through a combination of rhythmic movement, advanced jump training, and controlled impact drills, athletes will learn how to generate force quickly and efficiently essential for sprinting, jumping, cutting, and overall athletic performance.
Whether your athlete is looking to elevate their vertical, improve first-step quickness, or move with more grace and control, this program delivers the techniques, skills, and foundation they need to rise above the competition. Beyond physical benefits, this style of training also boosts mental discipline and resilience key traits for long-term success in any sport. -

8-9 pm: On-court training
After completing the plyometric and strength portion, athletes transition into an intense, high-level basketball skill workout designed and led by Coach Shaq Speights to sharpen every part of their game.
Players are guided through a series of advanced drills that target:
• Elite Ball Handling: Control under pressure, change of pace, and confident creation off the dribble
• Game-Speed Shooting: Repetition-focused shooting from multiple spots, off the dribble and off the catch
• Finishing Through Contact: Crafty, explosive finishes using both hands, multiple angles, and game-realistic situations
• Smart Decision Making: Reading defenders, reacting with purpose, attacking advantages, and making the right play
Once the skill work is complete, athletes move into a controlled live play environment where they are coached in real time. This allows players to apply what they learned immediately — with guidance, corrections, and teaching moments built into every possession.
The result is a high-energy, fully immersive development session that builds confidence, basketball IQ, and game-ready skills.

To start the registration process, please fill out the liability waiver which can be found HERE. During this process, you will be prompted to enter an email and password, which will be the email and password that you will use to sign into the app in Step 2. After entering all of the required information, you will then scroll through the waiver and check ‘I agree with the above terms’ followed by clicking on ‘Create Account.’ This completes Step 1.

You will purchase your membership/drop-in & book your workout through the One World Academy app. The app can be downloaded through the Apple App Store HERE, or through the Google Play Store HERE.
Once you have downloaded the app to your mobile device, you can sign in using the email and password that you entered on the liability form during Step 1.

Once app is downloaded and you are signed in, you can navigate to the “Buy” tab which will be in the middle at the bottom of the screen. You will then click on ‘OWA Workshop’, and you will either select ‘6-Pack of Workouts’ OR ‘Workshop Drop-In’. You will need to add either a debit or credit card by clicking on ‘Add Payment Method’. Once your purchase is complete, proceed to Step 4.

Once you have completed your purchase, you are now able to book your workouts. First, you will need to navigate to the ‘Book’ tab. After clicking on the tab, navigate to whichever days of the week you plan on attending, select ‘Coach Mike’s Plyometrics,’ and then click ‘Book.’ Even if you have a membership, we ask that you please book ahead so that Coach Mike can plan ahead for how many athletes will be participating in each session.
