To start the registration process, please fill out the liability waiver which can be found HERE. During this process, you will be prompted to enter an email and password, which will be the email and password that you will use to sign into the app in Step 2. After entering all of the required information, you will then scroll through the waiver and check ‘I agree with the above terms’ followed by clicking on ‘Create Account.’ This completes Step 1.

You will purchase & book your spot in the tournament through the One World Academy app. The app can be downloaded through the Apple App Store HERE, or through the Google Play Store HERE.

Once you have downloaded the app to your mobile device, you can sign in using the email and password that you entered on the liability form during Step 1.

Once app is downloaded and you are signed in, you can navigate to the “Buy” tab which will be in the middle at the bottom of the screen. You will then click on ‘Team GMC Pickleball’, and finally you will select to purchase either a spot in the Singles tournament, or the Doubles tournament (while both players in a double pairing need to sign a liability waiver, only one partner needs to purchase a spot in the Doubles tournament. See Step #5 for an additional step to register for the doubles tournament, which only needs to be completed by the player who purchases the spot in the Doubles tournament through the app). Once you select the corresponding pricing option to the tournament you are intending to enter, you will need to add either a debit or credit card by clicking on ‘Add Payment Method’. Once your purchase is complete, proceed to Step 4.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will need to navigate to the ‘Book’ tab. After clicking on the tab, navigate to July 19, where you will select the corresponding tournament to your purchase, which will be shown on the schedule as either the ‘Pickleball Showdown (Singles Tournament)’ or the ‘Pickleball Showdown (Doubles Tournament).’ If you are competing in the singles tournament, you have completed registration once you get a ‘You’re Booked’ notification! If you are playing in the doubles tournament, once you get the ‘You’re Booked’ notification, you have an additional fifth step that will be completed outside of the app in order to verify who your partner will be.

The final step for Doubles registration will be completed by whichever partner purchased the Doubles entry through the app. This step is simply to identify who your partner will be for the tournament. To complete this step, please input your name and your partner’s name through this Google Form.
