Open to boys ages 3rd-8th grade.

Games start weekend of September 27th.

2) Send $10 Zelle payment to owabasketball@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation email from owabasketball@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment. Please note, this is not an automated email. Confirmation email will be sent to the email that is entered at the top of this form.

3) Complete the Liability Waiver & Account Creation (if you have not already done so with One World Academy). Please note the email and password that you enter on this form, as it will be your login credentials on the ‘One World Academy’ app.
